What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small data items stored by the browser. Similar technologies can use technical signals without necessarily storing a cookie. This site uses one technical preference, Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form, and Google Analytics 4 only after consent.
1. Necessary technical preference

2. Cloudflare Turnstile
Turnstile is a necessary technology used to protect the form from spam and abuse. It may process technical signals such as IP address, browser and device characteristics, user agent, network parameters, verification timing and interactions, token and result. Pre-clearance is intended to be off. Turnstile does not always set a cookie. A cf_clearance cookie could be used only if features requiring it are enabled in the future; this policy would then be updated.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, for the legitimate interest in protecting the form and site. Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
3. Optional Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics 4, ID G-YNJT7YJQE8, loads only after consent. Before consent, the Google tag is not loaded, no Analytics request is made and no GA4 cookie is set.

Legal basis: consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Google Signals and advertising features are disabled. Event data is retained for 2 months. Google Privacy Policy.
4. Choice and withdrawal
You can reject Analytics or withdraw consent at any time through the "Preferences" link in the footer. Refusal does not limit the site or form. On withdrawal, new sends are disabled, the _ga and _ga_YNJT7YJQE8 cookies are removed from the device, and the page reloads without loading Analytics. The technical ms_cc_consent preference remains to remember the choice until expiry or manual deletion.
